Imaging & In-House Lab

Digital Radiographs (X-Rays)

Digital radiographs — commonly called X-rays — allow us to see inside your pet’s body.

We use X-rays to look at:

  • Broken bones or joint problems

  • Arthritis

  • Lung and heart size

  • Foreign objects that may have been swallowed

  • Abdominal concerns

Because our system is digital, images are available quickly and can be enlarged for better detail.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound is another way to look inside the body, but instead of bones, it helps us examine soft tissues and organs.

We use ultrasound to evaluate:

  • Liver, kidneys, and spleen

  • Bladder issues

  • Fluid in the abdomen

  • Masses or growths

  • Pregnancy

In-House Laboratory

Our in-house lab allows us to run many tests right here in the clinic, often with same-day results.

We can perform:

  • Bloodwork to check organ function and infection

  • Urinalysis

  • Fecal testing for parasites

  • Basic diagnostic screenings

Having this equipment on-site means we can often diagnose and begin treatment more quickly, without waiting days for outside lab results.
