Vaccinations & Microchipping

Vaccinations

Vaccines protect pets from preventable diseases. We follow current veterinary guidelines and recommend vaccines based on your pet’s age, health, and lifestyle.

We commonly provide:

  • Rabies vaccines

  • Distemper/parvo/lepto combination vaccines for dogs

  • Feline distemper combination vaccines for cats

  • Bordetella (kennel cough) when needed

  • Lyme Vaccine

  • Other vaccines based on risk and exposure

Microchipping

A Petlink microchip is a small identification chip placed just under your pet’s skin, usually between the shoulder blades.

It’s about the size of a grain of rice. The procedure takes only a few seconds and does not require surgery. If your pet is ever lost and scanned at a shelter or clinic, the chip links to your contact information so they can be returned home.

A veterinarian gives a dog a vaccine while a person holds the dog steady.
